TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link to track your order.

When your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an SMS or an email from our courier companies (MRW or Correos) with a tracking number.

To check the status of your order, visit the MRW tracking page (http://www.mrw.es/) or Correos (https://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion-localizador_envios-herramientas_y_apps/detalle_app-sidioma=es_ES).

If the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. The transport company takes a few hours to enter the tracking information into their systems, try again later.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs this may entail or for the increase in the indicated delivery time.

 

 

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the descriptive file of each one and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, send us images clearly showing the defect through this form, and we will provide a solution.


WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly, send us an image through this form showing everything you have received with their respective references on the package, and we will provide a solution once we verify the contents.


CHANGES TO THE ORDER

Changes and returns are not allowed for masks for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you wish to make a change to one of the items you have received, we need you to indicate through this form the change you are requesting. You must pay 3.90 € for shipping costs (Peninsula) or the corresponding amount in your geographical area for standard shipping.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a link to pay the shipping costs. The same courier who delivers your new order will pick up the old one.


ORDER RETURN

Returns are not allowed for masks for hygiene and safety reasons.

For other products:

You have 30 days to return your order. You must pay 3.90 € for shipping costs (Peninsula) which will be deducted from the amount of the item to be returned. If it is another geographical area, the shipping cost corresponds to the standard shipping of your initial order.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Correos label so you can send the order by depositing it at any Correos office.

You must access this form to process the return.


PAYMENT METHODS

The only accepted payment methods are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or transfer.

If you have any problems completing the payment, you can try accessing with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet, ...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, ...). If you pay with a card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it's a prepaid card that you have at least 1€ more than the order amount.

If you still get an error, send us a screenshot so we can see exactly the error that appears and we can solve it.

DRAWINGS AND PROMOTIONS

Commercial raffles and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and therefore from warranty; if you detect a defect upon receipt, notify us as soon as possible at info@holgers.es. No changes or returns are accepted.

BOUT THE MANUFACTURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

To make each of the HOLGERS shirts, textiles, handling, design, and printing are required. In each and every part, we ensure that all the people involved have a salary and decent conditions. Handling, design, and printing are done in Spain, where we personally check this fact. Regarding textiles, it is currently made in Bangladesh. In this sense, we are aware that decent working and wage conditions are not always offered. Therefore, we only work with suppliers who ensure and certify that they offer decent wage and working conditions, specifically:

  • Freedom of labor choice
  • Freedom of association and organization among workers.
  • Freedom of collective bargaining.
  • Absence of discrimination, especially gender and race.
  • Absence of child labor.
  • Decent wage conditions.
  • Decent and responsible working day.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions.
  • Right to an employment contract.
  • Anti-corruption.
  • Protection of the environment and surroundings throughout the production chain. Products safe for health and the environment (do not contain harmful substances for health or the environment)
